Job summary

eJam is seeking a driven creator program leader to own the TikTok Shop community strategy and operations for the US market. You will shape structure, incentives and tiering; recruit, onboard, and retain creators while coordinating with paid media and brand teams to convert activity into GMV.

This remote, full-time role values ownership, fast decision-making, and deep creator empathy. Expect to build scalable processes and report weekly on performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in creator/influencer/affiliate program management, community management, or growth marketing at a fast-growing consumer brand with ownership of metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the creator community end to end: structure, tiering, incentives, calendar, and outcomes.
• Design the tier system and ladder; define qualifications and returns.
• Model economics: commissions, bonuses, contests, sampling, exclusivity where appropriate.
