Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Support Coordinator IV to own Tier 2 emergency roadside cases from start to finish.

The role decides between internal technician call-outs or third-party work and resolves complex mechanical/electrical issues on Ryder fleet assets via phone with customers in breakdown scenarios. The position requires strong diagnostic skills, English fluency, and the ability to mentor Tier 1 staff; Spanish language is a plus.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or GED required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Five years+ Ryder operations shop experience preferred.
• Two years+ in Ryder operations direct customer service exposure preferred.
• Four years+ in transportation maintenance required.
• Two years+ in diagnostic and customer resolution exposure required.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and troubleshoot vehicle roadside breakdowns with full autonomy over cost and uptime.
• Assist with follow-ups, escalations, and service provider interactions with RCRC.
• Provide updated technical knowledge via OEM info, training, bulletins, and internal resources.
• Mentor Tier 1 call center, provide status updates and training.
