Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager for the South Central U.S. region. You will manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers, ensuring maximum value from our AI-driven communications platform and driving retention and growth.

You will lead onboarding, product adoption, and strategic reviews, while collaborating with sales, product, and support teams to resolve issues and expand opportunities. Travel quarterly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management, customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and empathy, with ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers and build long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and Strategic Business Reviews to ensure desired outcomes.
• Identify and drive opportunities for expansion and upsell with the Sales team.
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training and resources.
• Advocate for customers internally and relay feedback to product teams.
• Track customer health and retention metrics and maintain CRM records.
