Job summary

WheelHouse IT is seeking a Tier 1 Support Technician for our Service Desk on a contract-to-hire basis. The role is remote for US-based candidates with remote Nebraska residence specified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MSP experience
• Minimum 1 year of technical support experience
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting end users

Responsibilities

• Provide remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking issues
• Document work in PSA system and use ConnectWise as applicable
• Escalate complex issues while owning the client experience
• Assist with onboarding, deployments, and tech projects as needed
