Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support experience, ideally in an MSP or similar IT services company.
• Foundational IT knowledge with Windows and Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Strong documentation and clear written/verbal communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Workstation builds and deployment ( Imaging, configuring, securing, documenting ).
• Create user accounts, assign licensing, enroll MFA and access controls.
• Provide first-line support, password resets, software installs, printer setup.
• Document tickets clearly and maintain accurate asset/configuration records.
