LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Collections Specialists to work remotely from home. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and maintain compliant, customer-focused interactions while contributing to nationwide recovery goals.

This role offers a 100% remote work setup, performance-based commissions, and a weekday schedule within 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Candidates must reside in an approved state to be eligible for remote employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Professionalism, reliability, accountability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions while navigating difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
