LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Remote Collections Specialist to join our nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and protect confidentiality while maintaining compliance.

This 100% remote role offers a commission component, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits. You must reside in an approved state and have at least two years of debt collection experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements based on individual's finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers and management.
• Support team goals while working remotely.
• Prioritize accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
