Candidates should have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-volume, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Familiar with debt collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to maintain a professional remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in a high-volume collections environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrower finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned accounts and prioritize recovery opportunities.
