Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements based on borrower circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Meet individual and department performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes.
• Deliver professional interactions while complying with laws and policy.
