Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Collections Specialists for a 100% remote, nationwide team. We seek experienced third‑party collectors who negotiate, solve problems, and meet performance targets while maintaining compliance.

Work from home with a Monday–Friday schedule, flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and performance-based earning potential. Candidates must reside in approved states and maintain a confidential remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third‑party debt collection experience.
• Ability to negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize collections to maximize recovery.
• Consistently work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations.
