Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently from a remote home workspace.
• Reliable internet connectivity and disciplined remote work habits.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing and investigative methods to locate borrowers/assets.
• Manage assigned accounts to maximize recovery opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, detailed account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions in a remote setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with management and teammates while working remotely.
