LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. Manage inbound/outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance while working from home.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a confidential remote space. Liability limits and regulatory requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.

• Working knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and comply with laws and policies.
• Deliver professional interactions while working remotely and meeting performance goals.
