Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is recruiting experienced remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate settlements, and document progress with a focus on compliance and results.

This 100% remote role offers performance-based pay, a Monday–Friday schedule, and benefits. Candidates must reside in an LCS-approved state, with strong negotiation and independent-work capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently from a remote home office.
• Residence in an LCS-approved state.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers’ finances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful interactions in difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with debt collection laws and company policies.
