This 100% remote role offers commission opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must reside in an LCS-approved state and maintain a professional remote workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Residency in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed account documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
