Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring Remote Collections Specialists to join a nationwide team. This role emphasizes negotiating resolutions, maintaining compliance, and delivering results while working from home.

The position requires at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup. Eligible states include New Hampshire among others.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Professionalism and reliability in a remote-work setting.
• Knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and professional customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
• Communicate with management and teammates while working remotely.
