Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation, a nationally licensed collection agency, seeks experienced Remote Collections Specialists to join our team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, negotiate resolutions, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while working from a remote home office in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities include skip-tracing, prioritizing portfolios, achieving recovery targets, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Proven ability to manage collection accounts and negotiate successful payment arrangements.
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and telephone etiquette.
• Working knowledge of applicable debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to maintain a professional, distraction-minimized remote workspace for confidential conversations.
• Experience in high-volume collections environments.
• Familiarity with skip-tracing tools and collection management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers’ financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools and investigations to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned account portfolios and prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Work toward individual and departmental performance goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate account documentation.
• Deliver professional, respectful customer interactions during difficult conversations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
