Qualifications

• 2+ years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and negotiate settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Professional, reliable, and accountable with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Ability to work remotely with a suitable confidential workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements based on borrowers' financial situations.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Prioritize collection activities to maximize recovery.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local collection laws and company policies.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers while working remotely.
