Job summary

LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join our nationwide team. In this 100% remote role, you will negotiate with borrowers, structure payment arrangements, and work to maximize recoveries while maintaining compliance with applicable laws.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party collections, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the discipline to work independently from a dedicated home workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in third-party debt collection.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage accounts and arrange settlements.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations.
• Remote workspace suitable for confidential conversations.
• Must reside in an LCS-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions.
• Negotiate payment arrangements based on borrowers' finances.
• Utilize skip-tracing to locate borrowers and assets.
• Manage assigned portfolios and prioritize recovery opportunities.
• Document accounts accurately and thoroughly.
