LCS Financial Services Corporation is hiring for a remote Collections Specialist in the United States. The role focuses on negotiating resolutions for delinquent accounts, setting up payment plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance while working from a home environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in third-party debt collection, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently within a performance-driven team.
