LCS Financial Services Corporation is seeking experienced remote Collections Specialists to join nationwide teams from home. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate payment plans, and document all activity with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of third-party debt collection experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a confidential home-based workspace.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of third-party debt collection experience.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound collection calls to negotiate resolutions on delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlement agreements based on borrowers' financial circumstances.
• Utilize skip-tracing tools to locate borrowers and assets.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws and company policies.
