Job summary

Mindoula Health is hiring licensed therapists to join our fully remote SUD/P program, supporting substance-exposed individuals in Washington State. You will provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy, coordinate care across treatment settings, and work with a collaborative team while maintaining autonomy as needed.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State clinical license and have experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC licensure in Washington.
• Two or more years of direct experience in behavioral health with adolescents and adults.
• Experience with substance use disorders.
• Crisis intervention training and experience.
• Background in maternal substance use preferred.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, mental health and substance use disorders.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy via virtual and in-person individual, family, and group therapy.
• Administer validated assessments to track recovery metrics and adjust treatment intensity.
• Collaborate with CPS/BHSS to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinants of health supports.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management as licensed clinician for acute situations.
• Maintain compliant documentation of interventions, medical coordination, and progress.
• Engage members through multimodal recovery engagement using video, messaging, and digital tools.
• Participate in panel registry and care coordination to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with MAT/MOUD providers and community resources for holistic care.
