Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder program serving Washington residents. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in clinical decisions.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State independent clinical license. Compensation is up to $90,000 per year for WA residents; for others, $75,000 per year, with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline.
• Active Washington state independent clinical license required.
• Minimum of two years’ direct experience with adolescents and adults in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Administer measurement-based care and risk stratification.
• Coordinate care with a Certified Peer Specialist and other teams.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management.
• Maintain compliant documentation in DAP format.
• Support multimodal recovery engagement across platforms.
• Collaborate to develop individualized plans of care.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper records.
