Job summary

Mindoula Health is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program, supporting substance-exposed individuals in Washington State.

As a Therapist, Substance Use Disorder & Pregnancy (SUD/P), you will work in collaborative settings to provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and work with your team to coordinate care across a range of treatment settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Evidence-Based SUD & Co-Occurring Psychotherapy: provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct measurements-based care and risk stratification to track recovery metrics.
• Partner in an Integrated Clinical & Peer Pod to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinants of health support.
• Execute crisis intervention and escalation management.
• Maintain compliant whole-person documentation (DAP format) for program quality.
• Drive multimodal recovery engagement using video, secure messaging, and mobile tools.
• Manage panel registry and track clinical touchpoints to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate medical and community wrap-around supports with external providers.
• Collaborate with the member, family, and healthcare providers to develop an individualized plan of care.
