Job summary

Mindoula Health is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program in Washington State. You will deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy and coordinate care across treatment settings with autonomy.

We require an active WA license and offer a compensation package up to $90,000 for WA residents, plus a strong benefits program and paid time off. Clinical collaboration and crisis intervention are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington.
• Two+ years of direct behavioral health experience with adolescents and adults.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorders.
• Crisis intervention training.
• Background in maternal substance abuse preferred.
• Knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy via virtual and in-person sessions.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and group/individual therapy.
• Coordinate care across treatment settings with autonomy.
• Administer monthly measurements to track recovery and adjust intensity.
• Lead integrated clinical and peer collaboration for recovery coaching.
• Manage crisis intervention and risk mitigation in real-time.
• Maintain compliant documentation (DAP format) for records.
• Engage members with multimodal recovery outreach and support.
• Work on panel registry and data integrity for care coordination.
• Collaborate with MAT/MOUD providers and community partners.
• Develop individualized care plans with member/family.
