Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) for our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program in Washington State. You will deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State license. Compensation: up to $90,000 annually for WA residents; $75,000 outside WA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline.
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC in Washington.
• Two+ years direct experience in behavioral health with adolescents and adults.
• Experience with substance use disorders and crisis intervention.
• Knowledge of local resources and social determinants of health.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Administer validated clinical assessments and adjust treatment intensity.
• Collaborate with Certified Peer Specialist and other team members to coordinate care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk mitigation as licensed clinician.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in accordance with program standards.
• Engage members using multimodal recovery engagement tools to sustain contact.
• Coordinate with external MAT/MOUD providers and community resources.
