Mindoula Health Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to join a fully remote Substance Use Disorder program serving Washington residents and others. The role involves biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinated care across treatment settings.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State license and have SUD experience. Salary is up to $90,000 per year for WA residents, with $75,000 for non-WA candidates, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, life,

Competenze

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field from an accredited program.
• Licensed in Washington as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• At least two years of direct behavioral health experience with adolescents and adults.

Mansioni

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy via virtual and in-person individual, family, and group sessions.
• Conduct measurement-based care and risk stratification to adjust treatment intensity.
• Collaborate with a CPS/BHSS to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinant supports.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management as the licensed clinician.
• Maintain compliant, thorough documentation of assessments, plans, and referrals.
