Job summary

Mindoula Health is seeking licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote SUD program serving Washington state. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions, with autonomy to manage a caseload.

Active Washington State clinical licensure is required. Salary up to $90,000 for WA residents; outside WA, $75,000. Comprehensive benefits and paid time off are included.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health.
• Active WA license: LCSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• Minimum of 2 years in behavioral health with adolescents and adults.
• Experience with substance use disorders and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy via virtual or in-person sessions.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and group therapy with autonomy as appropriate.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and external providers.
• Perform risk stratification and adjust treatment intensity as needed.
• Maintain compliant documentation (DAP) and health records.
• Engage members with multimodal recovery outreach and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with peers to support integrated clinical and peer pods.
• Support crisis intervention and escalation management when needed.
