Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote Substance Use Disorder Program in Washington State. You will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care across treatment settings with autonomy in decision-making.

Candidates must hold an active Washington State independent clinical license. Compensation is up to $90,000 per year for WA residents, with benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid vacation,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university.
• LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC license in Washington.
• Two+ years of direct behavioral health experience with adolescents and adults.
• Experience with substance use disorders.
• Crisis intervention training and experience.
• Maternal history or substance abuse background preferred.
• Knowledge of local resources, social determinants of health, and Medicaid/Medicare procedures.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy via virtual and in-person individual, family, and group therapy.
• Conduct measurement-based care and risk stratification to tailor treatment intensity and engagement frequency.
• Collaborate with a Certified Peer Specialist to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinants of health supports.
• Provide crisis intervention and escalation management as the licensed clinician for acute situations.
• Maintain compliant, detailed documentation (DAP format) of interventions and progress.
• Engage members using multimodal recovery engagement (video, secure messaging, digital content, mobile tools).
• Participate in interdisciplinary huddles, maintain registry data, and track clinical touchpoints.
• Coordinate with MAT/MOUD providers and community resources for holistic care.
• Develop individualized care plans with members and families and document all assessments and referrals.
