Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. is hiring licensed therapists (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our fully remote SUD program serving Washington State residents. Therapists will provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and coordinate care across treatment settings. A license in Washington is required and remote work is supported.

The role emphasizes evidence-based SUD and co-occurring therapy, with collaboration across an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and holistic care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or other applicable behavioral health discipline.
• LCSW, LMFT, LMHC in Washington.
• Two+ years of direct experience in behavioral health.
• Crisis intervention training and experience.
• Maternal substance abuse preferred.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based SUD and co-occurring psychotherapy (individual, family, and group).
• Conduct measurements and risk stratification, adjust treatment intensity.
• Collaborate with a CPS/BHSS to coordinate recovery coaching and social determinants of health.
• Provide crisis intervention, risk mitigation, and rapid clinical triage.
• Maintain thorough documentation (DAP format) for all interventions and care plans.
• Engage members through multimodal recovery outreach and telehealth tools.
• Coordinate with MAT/MOUD providers and community supports.
• Develop individualized care plans with members, families, and providers.
