Job summary

Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists for full-time or part-time W-2 roles. All work is 100% remote outpatient therapy with a fixed, transparent caseload and comprehensive operational support.

You will provide evidence-based care, with flexible scheduling within a structured outpatient model, and benefit from in-house referrals to psychiatrists and robust employer benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard 60-minute sessions (intakes and follow-ups).
• Defined, transparent caseload with clear goals.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
