Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient care. You will manage a defined caseload, conduct 60-minute sessions, and collaborate with in-house psychiatrists. The role emphasizes autonomy, evidence-based practice, and professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists who can practice autonomously.
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a remote setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote outpatient therapy with defined goals.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.).
• Standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain transparent caseload with clear pace and expectations.
• No inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities; in-house psychiatrists available.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake, credentialing, and licensing.
