Talkiatry is a fully remote mental health practice supporting clinicians with a predictable W-2 compensation package and full benefits. Therapists practice 100% remotely with outpatient caseloads, receiving robust operational support, scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing assistance.

We seek independently licensed therapists who can manage a steady caseload, adhere to evidence-based care, and participate in an environment with clear expectations and incentives.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapists with multi-state licensing (CA/NY/MA excluded)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are required
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload with autonomy and accountability

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals
• Document care in compliant, evidence-based practice
• Coordinate with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing teams
