Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with multi-state licensing support.
• Active, unrestricted licenses and ability to manage a regular outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP/PHP, or similar settings.
• Familiarity with structured modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy with fixed session structure.
• Deliver evidence-based care with minimal administrative burden.
• Collaborate with in-house referral networks and clinical leadership as needed.
• Maintain defined, transparent caseload goals and documentation standards.
