Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice designed by clinicians for clinicians. This role offers 100% remote outpatient therapy with an emphasis on evidence-based care within a structured model and no inpatient responsibilities.

You will have independent treatment decision-making, multi-state licensure support, and a team that reduces administrative work. We offer full W-2 employment, benefits, and stable caseload expectations.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted license.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings (highly desired).
• Experience with structured modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) (highly desired).
• Not designed for clinicians seeking supervision toward licensure or fully self-directed 1099/private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Conduct standard 60-minute intake and follow-ups.
• Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities; leverage in-house referral network.
• Receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
