Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will conduct 60-minute sessions with lower-to-moderate acuity clients, maintain defined caseloads, and deliver evidence-based care.

The position includes full support, scheduling, billing, and credentialing, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care. We offer predictable W-2 compensation, strong benefits, 401(k) matching, PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Licensed, independently practicing therapists (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC or equivalent).
• Active license in good standing; multi-state licensing support available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• Operate within evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• No inpatient, crisis, or high-acuity duties.
• Receive full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination.
