Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice focused on outpatient care and clinician-friendly workflows. This role offers 100% remote, outpatient therapy with independent licensure and multi-state support, focusing on stable, non-crisis cases.

You will manage a defined outpatient caseload with standard 60-minute sessions, backed by full operational support and in-house referrals to psychiatrists. Our model emphasizes evidence-based care and clinician autonomy.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations with various disorders.
• 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• No inpatient or crisis-call duties.
• In-house referral network to psychiatrists.
