Talkiatry, a virtual mental health practice, seeks independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient care. You will manage a consistent caseload with standard 60-minute sessions, guided by evidence-based modalities, and receive full support including scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing.

This role offers competitive compensation with a base of $70k and potential incentives up to $90k, along with employer-paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) match, PTO,

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.

Responsabilités

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, others).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
