Job summary

Talkiatry, a virtual mental health practice, is seeking independently licensed therapists for a fully remote outpatient role. You will manage a defined caseload with standard 60‑minute sessions, using evidence-based approaches and collaborating with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing teams.

This position offers both full-time and part-time options, competitive compensation around $70k with potential to earn up to $20k in incentives, tenure increases

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license with multi-state support where applicable.
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload in a remote setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy with standard 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a consistent caseload with clear goals and documentation.
• Operate within evidence-based modalities; collaborate with clinical leadership as needed.
• Utilize in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing support.
