Talkiatry is seeking independently licensed therapists for 100% remote outpatient therapy. You will manage a consistent caseload with 60-minute sessions, supported by scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing and licensing teams.

We offer full benefits and a clear path with incentives for performance. You must hold active licenses in two+ states (certain exceptions apply) with multi-state licensing support.

Qualificações

• Independently licensed with active licenses in two or more states (except CA, NY and MA)
• Active, unrestricted license
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
• Experience in outpatient/structured clinical settings (highly desired)
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care)
• Not seeking supervision toward licensure or building a 1099/private practice

Responsabilidades

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD)
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups)
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
