Job summary

Talkiatry is a fully remote outpatient mental health practice seeking independently licensed therapists to join our clinician-led team. You’ll manage a regular outpatient caseload, deliver evidence-based therapies (CBT/ACT/MI, etc.), and work within a structured schedule with robust operational support.

We offer 70k base with potential to earn up to 90k, employer-paid health benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO and holidays, licensing support, CME reimbursement, and long-term retention

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license; multi-state licensing support available.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Experience with structured modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists; full operational support.
