Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists with active, unrestricted licenses across states

• Comfort delivering therapy in a fully remote outpatient model
• Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• 0% inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities, focus on outpatient care
• Independent treatment decision-making within clinical autonomy
• Input into schedule and weekly availability within guidelines
• Provide therapy with standard 60-minute sessions
• Collaborate with in-house referral networks and operational teams
• Maintain documentation and licensing requirements
