Talkiatry, a fully remote mental health practice, is expanding its outpatient therapy team. Independent licensed therapists can expect a 100% remote outpatient role with comprehensive benefits, a base of $70k, and incentives up to $20k.

You will manage a consistent outpatient caseload with robust operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Independent licensed therapsists with state licenses in good standing.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload across states.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy with evidence-based care.
• Maintain a defined, transparent caseload and treatment pacing.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, and credentialing teams.
• Respect the structured outpatient model and avoid inpatient/crisis work.
• Engage with psychiatrists through in-house referral networks.
