Talkiatry is a virtual mental health practice empowering clinicians to deliver high-quality care from home. This role supports independently licensed therapists with predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote environment.

The position focuses on 100% remote outpatient therapy for lower to moderate acuity populations, with a defined caseload and supportive in-house operations for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Qualifikationen

• Independent licensed therapist with active, unrestricted license.
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is highly desired.
• You will be part of our team, not pursuing licensure supervision.

Aufgaben

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals.
• Collaborate with in-house scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
• Deliver care with clinical autonomy while following evidence-based standards.
• Maintain documentation and pace in line with operational guidelines.
