Job summary

Talkiatry is actively seeking independently licensed therapists to deliver high-quality virtual outpatient therapy. You will be part of a supportive team, helping patients with disorders such as anxiety and depression while enjoying flexible scheduling and minimal administrative duties.

The role offers full-time and part-time W-2 employment with a competitive compensation package starting at $70k, potentially increasing based on productivity and experience. You will regularly work with a defined caseload and access to clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience from outpatient or structured clinical settings is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient therapy remotely for lower to moderate acuity populations.
• Make independent treatment decisions within evidence-based standards.
• Participate in a fully remote operational model with clear expectations and support.
