Qualifications

• Independent treatment decisions in outpatient settings.
• Multi-state licensing support available.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication across teams.
• Experience in fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environments.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD).
• Standard 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions.
• Maintain defined, transparent caseload goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call duties.
• In-house referral network with psychiatrists.
• Full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, licensing).
