Job summary

Talkiatry, a virtual mental health practice, is seeking independently licensed therapists to join our all-remote outpatient team. You will have predictable W-2 compensation, full benefits, multi-state licensing support, and a structured caseload with clear goals.

We support clinicians with scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing, while allowing autonomy and evidence-based care. This role is designed for experienced therapists seeking flexible, sustainable outpatient work with

Qualifications

• Independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent).
• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and independent decision-making.
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment.
• Experience from outpatient, community mental health, hospital, IOP, or other structured clinical settings (highly desired).
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) (highly desired).
• Not designed for supervision toward licensure; you will be part of our team.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient therapy.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders).
• Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes and follow-ups).
• Consistent outpatient caseload with defined, transparent goals.
• No inpatient, IOP/PHP, or crisis-call responsibilities.
• In-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
• Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing.
