Qualifications

• Independent licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or equivalent) with active, unrestricted license in at least one state.
• Multi-state licensing support available for additional states.
• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient caseload in a remote model.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy with a defined caseload.
