Job summary

ABB is seeking a remote Regional Sales Director - Service West to drive service sales across a diverse set of customer accounts in ID, MT, WY, NV, UT, CO, AZ, and NM. The role focuses on promoting value-adding solutions for installed base motors, generators, and drives, leveraging consultative selling and long-term relationships within a fast-paced service business.

You will lead full-cycle sales from discovery to closing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience.
• Business to Business sales, selling a technical product or solution required.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and strategic accounts, from discovery to closing.
• B2B sales, selling a technical product or solution is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote ABB portfolio of value-adding solutions to customers based on installed base of motors, generators and drives.
• Execute structured sales activities, hunt for new accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Define and execute account plans to penetrate target industries and accounts while building key relationships.
• Collaborate with ABB divisions, portfolio management, and tendering teams to develop winning proposals and negotiate key projects.
