Job summary
ABB is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead service and aftermarket opportunities within the West US region. You will leverage the installed base of motors, generators and drives to promote value-added solutions, building a robust pipeline and fostering long-term customer relationships.
You will travel up to 70% within the territory, collaborate with ABB divisions and tendering teams to craft proposals, and navigate negotiations from discovery through closing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of work experience.
- B2B sales of a technical product or solution.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and strategic accounts from discovery to closing.
- Fluent in English; proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Promote service and aftermarket sales from the installed base of motors, generators and drives.
- Execute structured sales activities, hunt for opportunities with new accounts, and maintain a healthy pipeline in Salesforce.com.
- Define and execute account plans to penetrate target industries and maintain key customer relationships.
- Collaborate across ABB divisions, portfolio management, and tendering teams to develop winning proposals and negotiate key projects.
