Intuitive is seeking a Territory Sales Associate to promote the da Vinci Surgical System within the Seattle area. You will work remotely with on-site requirements and collaborate with clinical leaders to drive adoption and patient outcomes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of outside sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work across hospital leadership and OR teams. The role includes after-hours support and travel as needed, with compensation package that

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and translate client feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience in client relationship management.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager tailored to the local market to optimize deployment of the da Vinci system.
• Serve as a resource to KOLs and surgical teams, providing guidance and insights on system usage.
• Lead and support Sales and Marketing initiatives to enhance system awareness and adoption.
• Design and implement tailored surgery plans for surgical teams to ensure proficient system use.
• Drive user base expansion by cultivating partnerships with KOLs and promoting instruments and accessories.
• Support and sell digital solutions and advanced instrumentation to enhance client capabilities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology platforms to support digital solutions.
• Provide after-hours and weekend support as needed.
• Collaborate with hospital executives to expand the robotic surgery program.
